![]() Decisions for refined configurations and new action items will be captured and approved in what is called DTL2. The team will start to use the newly configured system and engage in a second set of workshops to refine the configurations based on use and evolved understanding of the system. All decisions and action items related to this configuration are captured in a Cority module called the Design Tracking Log (DTL), which becomes the initial specification from which the product is configured after Cornell signs off.Īt the conclusion of the first round of configurations, the Shape phase will be considered complete, and the project will proceed to the Refine (build) phase. ![]() These sessions included subject matter experts from Cornell Health Occupational Medicine and EHS Industrial Hygiene and explored the configurations in each of the modules within Cority’s IH and Occupational Health suites to determine how they may initially be shaped to meet Cornell’s business needs. Shape is Cority’s Analysis and Design phase that begins with Workshop 1.
